![]() by VC Edwards Even though, Jesus walked on earth over 2,000 years ago, He is the quintessential friend. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube are great platforms to promote Jesus because Jesus, unlike us, wants everyone to know everything about Him. Subsequently, when people learn the details of Jesus Christ, they are convinced He is God. "Make sure Jesus Christ is your #1 Friend in life." As a result of Jesus’ countless friends, the Holy Bible, Jesus’ biography, is the #1 best-seller book of all times, and the most quoted book ever. It was written before books were printed, yet has been passed down from generation to generation, more than any book in history. Jesus Christ has been befriended by more people than anyone. Jesus has been befriended by billions of people down through the generations, largely by word-of-mouth. While famous people throughout history become irrelevant, Jesus is befriended by new people every day. Congregations, global groups and even regions of people befriend Him. Those who befriend Him, refer Him to co-workers, friends, neighbors, and even strangers and outcasts. Groups of people come together in homes, churches, lecture halls, convention centers and stadiums to study Him and celebrate Him. And Christians wholeheartedly introduce Jesus Christ to the next generations. Jesus, the ultimate Friend, proved Himself indisputably to be God--by taking our place of punishment for the sins we commit in this life, and rising from death with all power, so we can live free from the guilt and punishment of sin. For God so loved the world, that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16 KJV Jesus is available to those who seek Him. Regardless of how many friends you have on Facebook, make sure Jesus Christ is your #1 Friend in life. Read “How to Hear God to Prosper” for details of what Jesus did for you, before you were born, because He loves you and wants YOU to be His friend. Jesus said… Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. You are My friends, if you do whatsoever I command you. Henceforth I call you not servants; for a servant knows not what his lord does: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of My Father I have made known to you.
