Millions of Americans today think it is chic, impressive and exotic to worship foreign gods, without considering the devastation and suffering of people in countries, who worship substitutes of God that cannot offer them prosperity. The reason people come to the United States from depressed countries around the world is to prosper, yet most bring gods with them that keep them in poverty.
America was founded on Christianity. Its founders framed the Constitution and laws on Christian principles and God blessed America. Americans have freedoms everyday that others around the world do not have.
When you come to America it is essential to leave your former god behind and embrace the God that has blessed America. God, the Creator of mankind, does not tolerate the worship of anyone or anything, other than Himself. When people make the erroneous choice to worship a statue, a dead prophet or a philosophy, God has no other choice, but to withdraw His protection. God is sovereign and when people choose foreign “gods,” they are left to face disaster, tragedy and terrorism without God’s protection.
If you live in a blessed country, but choose a foreign god, you are subject to the horrific consequences of rejecting the true God. A fake, powerless god is never going to bless you. The God, who prospers, proved Himself by conquering poverty, hopelessness and even death! God, who came to earth in the flesh to die for our sins, namely Jesus Christ, isn’t in a tomb; He’s alive! And He’s not an inanimate object—a statue that cannot help you when you call for help. Don't be intrigued by fake gods--they lead to a devastating end. God Almighty, the Creator, is the real God, who prospers anyone, who worships Him exclusively, and blesses any nation that establishes laws to follow Him.
