Return Policy
If not satisfied with the purchase of our books, return unused item within 30 days of delivery, with copy of receipt, for refund of item(s), excluding shipping cost. Please indicate your reason for your return. Orders of 10 quantities or more are non-refundable. See below for refund exceptions. Online Purchases Returns must include copy of original receipt and be in new, unused and undamaged condition. Please email TheTalk2Prosper.com/contact-us to request a refund and we will give you instructions to return the item, such as an authorization number. C.O.D.’s are not accepted. Order Form Purchases Our policy is a 30-Day return, unless specified different on the order form that you use to place your order. We have different order forms for different programs and campaigns, therefore the order form takes precedence. Please review the order form return policy before submitting your order. (Example: Bulk orders are non-refundable.) Purchases made from Other Entities If you bought our book(s) or item(s) through an organization (a church), fundraiser or book club, you must return the item(s) to the entity you purchased it from, in accordance with their return policy. Return Exceptions Bulk Orders Bulk orders of 10 quantity or more, are non-refundable. We strongly urge you to make sure you want to purchase an item in bulk before placing a bulk order. We advise you to order one book or item before ordering a large quantity. Our bulk orders are specially priced to give generous discounts to our customers; if we had to calculate return expenses, we would not be able to pass on the discounts that we currently give to our customers. Ebooks EBooks are non-refundable. If you have difficulty downloading your copy, contact the source you purchased it from, such as Smashwords. Used Items Items that have been used or damaged are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. (If the packaging is visibly damaged when delivered (the package is opened, torn, ripped, bruised, etc.) through the mail system, do not accept the package from the postal carrier. Refuse delivery to allow the package to be returned to us by the postal service and we will refill the order, and resend it to you. Email us to let us know the package is being returned and we will let you know when the package arrives and the refill is mailed out. We recommend you track your return package, because our policy is to not refund or replace any item we do not receive. We take great care in preparing orders, if there is an error on our part related to your order, we will replace the item. Please email us at TheTalk2Prosper.com/contact-us to request a replacement and we will give you instructions to return the item. If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will give you credit for the return shipping (no more than the amount paid to send it originally), otherwise the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. C.O.D.’s are not accepted. We also will not reimburse for overnight shipping or express mail. Replacement items will be sent to the original "ship to" address. Shipping Policy Regular (non-bulk) orders are generally shipped out within 2-3 days, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. For bulk orders, allow 4-6 weeks for delivery or the amount of time specified on the order form. If you need a rush order, contact us through TheTalk2Prosper.com/contact-us to request the time frame you need. We will do our best to work with your schedule, but please note, bulk orders should be placed well in advance of when you would like the items, because we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet your request, depending on the time of year and our overall back-load. Carriers USPS or UPS are the carriers typically used to deliver regular (non-bulk) orders. If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will provide the tracking information to you. Please note that some orders using USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. Bulk orders are shipped through one of the major carriers (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc.) with a tracking system and they require a signature on delivery. Shipping Rates We charge a flat fee for most book purchases, and when you purchase a certain quantity, you pay less postage per item, as well as FREE shipping for larger orders and special discounts. The shipping amount appears under the item(s) in the cart. If the shipping is free, no shipping cost will appear under the item(s). Payment Orders placed online (as opposed to submitting an order form by mail) are paid by Paypal, which accepts all credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Cheque, Paypal, etc).
