![]() Fear is an intentional force in society to distract a person from his godly purpose, and his prosperity. Fear’s intent is to influence a person to change his direction from success to failure. People typically are persuaded to procrastinate out of fear, to buy impulsively out of fear, to be suspicious of those who love them, to fear their own intuition, to fear people who look different, to fear knowledge, to fear reading the Bible, to fear trying, to fear achieving, to fear others hearing their voice and opinions, to fear criticism, to fear hearing God, to fear living and fear dying. Fear is created by mere suggestion, not fact. Fear suggests terrible things will happen, when there is no evidence. A person in fear doesn’t understand that behind the scenes of an instigator, there is either chaos or emptiness in that person’s life. Overcome fear with the ultimate decision of accepting Jesus Christ, as your Lord and Savior. You will find Him to be your Protector and Avenger. Overcome fear by realizing the doom that a bully projects, is a prediction that will be his own fate; it is not a fate for others to fear, who are in Christ. So, when society (whether the media, a doctor, politicians, “intellectuals,” or a bully) try to plant doubt and gloom in your thinking, turn it around (in your mind), by realizing that that information is for them, not you. (It’s not necessary to confront the person; it’s necessary to not be swayed by anything that person says.) If Christ is your Lord, and you follow God’s command, you will always have a promising outcome. You will have challenges in life, in order to grow and remain humble, but you will have a promising outcome. In Christ, even your end will be victorious because it’s the beginning of new life. God tells us, repeatedly, not to fear because He sent Jesus to give us absolutely no reason to fear. For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and a sound mind. 3 Timothy 1:7 When you resist fear, your enemy will fear his own fate. When you trust God with your entire life, you don’t need to fear. The enemy will always try to keep you from trusting God, but don’t give into fear. If you are in Christ, no one’s negative prediction applies, because Jesus Christ has already conquered everything that could harm you. Regardless, what you see and hear around you, you will have favor if you continue to follow God and continue to communicate with Him daily to hear messages of peace and victory.
